TerravynAI Hunting is a planning and navigation tool. You need an account to use it. You are responsible for what you do with what it tells you.

Everything the app computes is an estimate from terrain, weather and models — not a measurement of the ground in front of you. Wherever it says how confident it is, or that something is unobserved, that is not boilerplate: it is the actual state of the answer, and it is worth reading.

• Land ownership and boundaries. Unshaded ground means we have no data, not that it is open. Verify locally before you hunt.
• Regulations. Seasons, units and legality are the regulator's, not ours. Where we do not know, the app says so and defers.
• Ballistics. Dope is computed from published figures and the conditions you supply. Confirm your zero and your drops on paper at range before you use them on an animal. The app says this on every card.
• Route, effort and pack-out estimates. Based on terrain, not on your legs, the snow, or the deadfall. Treat them as a plan, not a guarantee.
• Safety. Carry a map, a compass and a way to call for help. A phone is not any of those.

Your waypoints, observations and notes are yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the app can work for you, and to share a specific item with a specific hunting party when you choose to. Nothing else.

Do not use the app to break the law, to harass anyone, to scrape or resell our data, or to locate another person without their consent. Some analysis is metered per account; do not route around those limits.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We can suspend an account that is being used against these terms. If we discontinue the service we will give notice and a way to export what you saved.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it — including decisions made in the field. This does not limit anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
